As part of OppoSuits’ rapid global expansion, we are looking for a CRO Specialist to join us at our HQ in Roelofarendsveen, the Netherlands, to support our international growth.

What started out as an idea while traveling through Southeast Asia has grown into a very successful adventure that has already taken us and our suits halfway across the globe. In just under three years we’ve set up a range of over 60 designs, gotten customers in over 50 countries and received more media coverage than we can keep track of. Our suits represent men & women who don’t take themselves too seriously but still want to maintain a sense of style.

As a CRO specialist, your life motto is practically “Always Be Testing” and you understand that Conversion Optimization is part art (e.g. creativity, design) and part science (e.g. statistical significance, psychology). You have knowledge of and experience with qualitative and quantitative research, wireframes and mockups, A/B split testing and multivariate tests. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to optimize the conversion rate of and user experience on our websites and to start & manage various customer experience projects. Job requirements

  • A degree in Persuasive Communication, Communications or Marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CRO Specialist in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience with international e-commerce, preferably in a fashion environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with qualitative research, quantitative research, giving input on wireframes and mockups, A/B split testing and multivariate tests
  • Knowledge of and experience with Conversion Rate Optimization tools such as Optimizely, VWO (Visual Website Optimizer), Hotjar, Lucky Orange, Qualaroo, etc.
  • You proactively share testable ideas for optimizing sales, even when they involve radical and/or counterintuitive website changes
  • You know how to find a good balance between traffic generation (e.g. SEO) and conversion optimization
  • You have a strong analytical mind and are very data-driven
  • You have extensive experience with Google Analytics
  • You are well organized, skilled in communication and you take the initiative
  • You are a fast learner and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the world of CRO
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred
