NewCold currently has operations in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Poland and the UK. Expansion related construction projects in the USA and Australia are starting up. Further expansions in Germany, France and Italy are planned. Our corporate language is English.

Position
The Media Manager at NewCold is responsible for all internal and external formal communication. He/she translates the marketing and communication plans into active written content, is guardian of the company name and brand expressions and actively manages our website and social media.

The Media Manager assists the Business Development department in setting up presentations and in documenting business proposals. He/she also supports Project Managers and Engineers in their communication with external authorities and governmental bodies.

NewCold is starting an internal global communication platform to inform all our employees worldwide about news in the company, to engage them in our business and to promote our internal culture. The Media Manager is going to play a crucial role in this project.

Requirements
We are looking for a passionate marketing and communication professional. The role requires superior English writing skills as well as a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in a service oriented B-2-B environment. He/she is familiar with digital and printed media standards, modern A/V equipment and with all do’s and don’ts in the media. Affinity with technology is a big plus. Preferably, lives in or very close to Breda.

The role is new in our company and we are therefore looking for a candidate who can work autonomously and independently to develop a communication strategy. At start the job is considered to be part time (24 hours per week).
